✅ Experience as an estimator with projects in the UK/ Europe/ UAE/ Australia.
✅ Experience in taking off quantities to NRM1 or SMM7
✅ Preparations of BOQ and cost plans
✅ Bluebeam/ Planswift
✅ Experience in cost databases such as BCIS and Access Conquest.
✅ Working Hours (9 am - 6.30 pm) SL Time
